I take this opportunity of informing Your Lordships
that the Statues of His Majesty the King and His
Royal Highness the Prince of Wales presented respectively
by Sir Paul Chater and Mr. J. J. Bell-Irving under the
permission conveyed in Mr. Chamberlain's Despatch No. 78
of the 14th of March, 1902, were unveiled by His Royal
Highness the Duke of Connaught on the occasion of his
recent visit to the Colony.
